He gets full refund and not return my item. I want to send return label. He claimed that it's garbage he throw away. As he said "the replacement would be the same issue" He wouldn't respond to Ebays return claim. Just kept sending nasty messages. Thanks to Ebay for stepping in and refunding the money and telling me to dispose of the item. Now he wants to send a label after the fact. If he'd responded to the claim ebay would've given me a label to send it back. Read his negative feedback he's done this before.

These locos and the proto2 system are junk.
