Does need to make sure whomever does the packing next time actually DOES it!, as product was shipped in its foam security box alone, with no securing tape or zip-ties. UPS workers who handled this package throughout were very honest, as theft of contents could have easily occurred.

  The seller boxed three 27" iMacs in one box and they all came damaged. As a result, I requested a return, and the seller has not refunded me the whole cost of price. The seller is not responding now, and I have no iMacs and no refund.

  The buyer was very fair but didn't wait for Ebay to allow refund. Buyer fully refunded and kept all products purchased. Refuses to remove negative feedback or communicate. Several communications sent. Avoid this buyer at all costs, unreasonable.
