    The packaging of the product was very poor. The urn was placed in a box that was too small and tightly fitted at the edges. The urn arrived broken. No assistance was provided in obtaining compensation from the USPS. I do not recommend buying from this seller.

    Respectively You contacted me 3 weeks after the package was delivered. You sent me pictures of the damage to the box by the USPS. I contacted Ebay who instructed me to advise you to conatct USPS.. You yourself stated that the damage was by the post office. I took great care in packaging the item as you are already aware of.. I worked with you and I presumed that the matter was resolved because I heard nothing else from you.. This feedback is definitely unjustified. Thank you Pat

    Packing was exceptional! I was extremely worried that some of the items would come in damaged due to careless delivery drivers. However, the seller packed the items with such care there was absolutely no chance of that happening. The package was shipped very quickly and despite purchasing so late in the season, she made sure it arrived before Christmas. Would highly recommend this seller!
