A beautiful and very reasonably priced reproduction.

This reprint of the Kubasta Betlem Nativity is absolutely beautiful. The printing is sharp of bright and it opens up to a a roughly 12" display. I'm not certain if this the original was larger but the design and complexity aren't lost on this reprint. This is simply beautiful and I'm very happy to have a copy at what I consider to be a very reasonable cost. The item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. If you are fan of pop-ups, Vojtech Kubasta's work or just love Christmas, this is a perfect gift or keepsake for anyone's collection.

Lovely Dulcimer!

This was purchased as a Christmas present but I was able to tune and play it briefly. It looks beautiful, is constructed well and plays great! My brother really appreciated the gift and I would certainly buy another. These sorts of dulcimers are getting harder to find and was happy that this vendor had them in stock and shipped very quickly. The dulcimer arrived in a large box with lots of padding though I wish there was a bit more documentation with it. However these sorts of things are easy to find online so it's not entirely a slight on the product. Again, it's lovely to look at, plays well and I'm very happy with it.

The Future Was Fantastic - Gerry Anderson Props, Models and Locations DVD !

Excellent Gerry Anderson documentary

This is a review for the expanded edition of "The Future Was Fantastic", a two DVD set that encompasses a number of smaller documentaries about various aspects of Gerry Anderson's career. There are visits to the various locations used on various shows like UFO or to the various studios used to create the puppet shows. There are wonderful interviews with designers, puppeteers and actors alike. The expanded edition includes a number of segments on the second DVD including expanded interviews, Ed Bishop's voice over recording session and a very interesting look at the state of various full-sized vehicles used on Doppleganger and UFO. Even though the DVDs are region free, they would not play on my notoriously stubborn SONY Blu-Ray player. I had to resort to ripping the DVDs on my computer (where they played just fine) and burning them onto fresh DVDs that would play on my device. I haven't heard anyone else complaining about this problem so perhaps it's just me. I'm glad I found a workaround because this documentary is not to be missed if you're a fan of Gerry Anderson's work!
