Powerful Christian fiction illustrates prophesy
I bought the book based on a recommendation.I wasn't sure what I was getting into, but I enjoyed the book and read it quickly. It tells the story of people in various circunstances that have a life changing encounter with Jesus. One was a street criminal and another was a nominal church goer who's lives became intertwined as they learned radical obedience.
The setting in the endtimes. I would have enjoyed the book more if he had set the events in everyday. The characters believed in radical obedience with miracles happening, instant communication with God and people meeting Jesus. This is all available today. Overall it's a fiction story illustrating Biblical principles.

Dr. Neal Barnard's Program for Reversing Diabetes
3 of 3 found this helpful This is a great book. My husband has diabetes and Dr Bernard's plan gave us real hope. We started on the plan and within a week he had lost 10 lbs and for the first time his blood sugars are in normal range, which they never were even on metformin. He is still on medication, but we will be talking with the Dr soon about lowering his dose. We never thought we could be vegatarians, but we are both feeling great with no meat. Another book we bought is The Family Vegatarian Cookbook by Atlas which gave us a lot more receipes to try and added more variety.
