Like all "Dummies" books you know how it is written and that is what you get. But..........!

Despite all the blurbs on the cover it is NOT for C++ beginners. Right at the front of the book it states that it is assuming a thorough knowledge of C. If you know C then you are definitely not a beginner. I think this was miss sold.
