  I photographed the cranks and then packaged them straight afterward. The cranks are EXACTLY as pictured and described in the listing, and are in perfect working order. In fact you got a great deal on them, but for some reason you went straight to leaving me negative feedback, without contacting me to give me a chance to respond to your claims?! If you were being honest, you are talking complete nonsense and are in fact happily riding around on them now. So why have you left me negative feedback?
