1 of 1 found this helpful I have bought 3 of these. The last one arrived with loose parts in the box. The bulb holder was detached, the spring fitting not correctly placed and the holding nuts fallen off. Because of this I checked the previously installed one and found that the bub holder contained only one bolt (not two). The connection block had been supplied/atached upside down. This meant that the connection label on the casing was rendered incorrect. This is dangerous. Not a happy record. Also the five screw's holding the casing onto the back plate are difficult to line up without pushing the unit into shape. This is unhelpful at the top of a ladder.,, Pete
