WORTHLESS!
4 of 4 found this helpful This plan was advertised CLEARLY as covering accidental damage. However, when I went to file a claim for accidental damage, they asked ME to PROVE the plan covered accidental damage. They then denied my claim. Don't buy this. It's utterly worthless.

A very, very useful money-saving little box!
I bought this Volvo VIDA DICE because I had an SRS error code on a 2001 S60 that wouldn't clear with regular handheld tools.
The challenging part of using this tool is the software installation. There are some hoops to jump through (a registry tool (included) plus .net installation and SQL server installation (both included) and I had to track down a 64-bit version of the patch to get it all working on my rig (not included, only the 32-bit patch came on my CD). In the end, I got the product working on an old Dell D630 with Win7-64 bit. Following youtube video examples, I was then able to clear my SRS code. Once you get the software installed, the product works flawlessly, at least for reading and clearing codes. I haven't had a chance to explore the advanced diagnostic features yet but I'm confident they all work as advertised.

Junk that doesn't work well, at least with Windows 10 Dell's
