exact replacement
circuit board was a perfect replacement worked first time after installation

Fan control easy repair and it worked for me.
Easy installation. liked the fact it had electronic relays. This was my second attempt to replace the fan control, the first was a second hand unit and failed a few months after installation. This unit was a direct replacement wire for wire with only one difference being the "hi-lo" terminals were reversed but it was marked well and an easy fix.

New style toothpick is bad

The point, I suppose. is a tooth pick but I like the old style much better.
