Unfortunately when I viewed it the listing started at £100 but the next day when the seller knew of my intention to bid, it had been removed and relisted at twice the price ! I was SHAFTED ! Obviously the seller seized his opportunity but it left me feeling quite aggrieved as it was for my son’s first flat and he the Reno budget has to stretch a long way!
