  Dispute Opened Woth eBay. seller said the item was “used” but it’s actually broken, listed in men’s category but actually women’s item, apparently something a few years old classes as “vintage” to this guy. Very awkward time waster of a seller. Beware if you value your time.

  I have refunded in full the item you are unhappy with. The item was not damaged when posted and the picture you submitted revealed a tiny crack in the frame. The item was clearly listed as used for regular wear for some time. I clearly added the model number of the frame which could have been checked before purchase. It is not unreasonable for a seller to refuse a refund if the item has been fairly listed.
