Did not work as specified

Instructions say "just punch in the mapping for your bike and ride". I tried 5-6 different maps for my bike, called vance and Hines tech support twice and was on hold 20 minutes each time only to speak to a "tech" who guessed at fixing the issue( which didnt work ) very frustrated. Sending it back and doing it right with sert and dyno.. just my experince.

Great installation instructions/ great sound

The installation instruction were spot on. I am average at best as far as being handy with tools. I was able to install the entire system myself based on the instructions. Only minor complaint was that the instructions did not come with the kit. I had to download.. no biggie. The system sounds great. I vast improvement over stock. I ride mostly without the tourpack so the extra lower speakers are a huge addition.
