Change Your Brain, Chnage Your Life by Dr. Amen
Made me understand why and how the brain works and what may help to bring it into "balance" to function normally. The real life axamples given by Dr. Amen also makes one realize that almost everyone has similar treatable problems that at one time were thought untreatable. I guess too much emphasis on prescription drugs was my main negative. Otherwise, the CD's opened my eyes.

After a while, the sliders don't close by themselves after normal wear and tear. Otherwise, ok.
