Good, but not as good as the black push-in style arm I got.
Installed in an Ibanez S-series, the bar works fine, but has a little bit of play if left to hang loose. This limits the subtleness of the vibrato that can be achieved.

Just not a good template
There are a few problems with this:
1. It doesn't fit Seymour Duncan pickups without modification, because the route's ears are too small.
2. It requires a 6.3mm template bit to be used, because, because the route's ears are too small.
3. The route is 41mm long while absolutely NO pickup is over 38.3mm long. This results in a sloppy fitment, with pickups that do fit (e.g. Dimarzio).
Seller claimed it's taken from a Suhr guitar, but I asked my friends with Suhrs and they said their routes are tight. This leaves me to believe the seller didn't take into account the 1mm chamfer Suhr leaves around their cavities, which would explain the swimming pool sizing.
As long as you have some woodworking experience and own chisels, you can make a better template by hand.

Very nice quality and sturdy feel
The strap anchors/covers are metal, very nice. The strap lays flat and when it's pulled, bows quite a bit, also nice. If I could improve anything, I would add bolts and t-nuts to the set.
