I told the buyer the item was broken DURING SHIPPING, it wasn't broken when I listed it. They opened a dispute and got they're own money locked up in ebay. If they would've simply asked me to cancel and refund, I would've done so. I can't refund or cancel the order now that a dispute has been opened.

Great watch for the money
Have an Eco-drive Citizens watch from 1990’s - loved the watch especially in titanium (much lighter). Citizens watches keep great time, are stylish and wildly functional. Outstanding watch especially at this price. Two complaints - (1) it is a heavy watch and (2) as a dive watch, it should have a neoprene band. This is a fixed metal band which becomes loose when diving to moderate depths.
