Bummer
1 of 3 found this helpful I tried several times to install the software. My computer is a Dell Laptop that already had a 30-day subscription installed, to expire in several days. I was apparently successful installing the Livesafe I ordered, but when I checked the expiration date, it had not changed. I uninstalled the software and tried again, with the same result-no expiration date change, and I just gave up since the computer purchase also came with a year's subscription to Trendmicro, which I then successfully installed. I would rather have had McAfee. Installation was not a good experience, especially since it was not successful. Good thing the software was cheap - lesson learned.

Not happy. I made a mistake ordering three.
stains have appeared after washing and the knives appear not sharp.

Complaint
I couldn't install the software using the instructions online. Tried three times and got the same error message, something to the effect for me to check my internet connection, while I was actually online at the time and working using the internet. Wish I had not ordered from this person.
