The former version of the Soud 100

I wish they still made these. I am soooo old that I still occasionally play CDs (remember them?) and even my Ipod classic, and these were a convenient way of doing both. I have on in the bedroom one in the kitchen, one in the workshop and one in the conservatory, They are all on DAB most of the tmie and pick up stations well. The microswitch(?) buttons on the top can be a tad eccentric sometimes, and the shape of the little remotes rather strange but i have found nothing else on the market that does the same as these. I shall wrniog my hands with grief is any of them finally dies.

Used this stuff to cover paths and open areas on my allotments.

IF you get the right stuff (like this) it lasts well - replacing stuff I laid in 2006! n.b. 1 metre wide is actually more like 95cm.

I think they look very cool (literally and figuratively) but there is a real issue with sizes.

A year or so, I tried to buy a pair. whatever size I ordered I got the same gigantic shoes. After returning them two or three times I gave up. Same thing this year. - after two tries, I gave up. All I want s a pair to fit a normal UK size 8, but apparently that is impossible - whatever it says on the package or sole. I think they look very cool (literally and figuratively) but there is a real issue with sizes.
