When this item was not shipped by the expected delivery date, I contacted the seller and found that it was to be shipped from the manufacturer. This was also the time of the California wildfires, so I'm not upset that it may have been affected. The order has since been delivered, and once again it is exactly what I ordered. In particular this item was in stock however, it took 6 days when it was first available for pickup. Not sure why my items seem to be delayed when they offer such an efficient, convenient, professional, and friendly customer support system.
