  The product arrived in new condition, but videos did not play correctly due to scratches/warping on thee back of the disc. I believe this to be a manufacturer defect. The seller immediately started a refund when I requested a return of the item and provided photos. The defect was not the seller's fault and I would feel comfortable purchasing from perfect_situation2010 again.
