Used tire, just as described. Ruined a tire, instead of buying a new one, bought one with same amount of tread as rest of car, for way less money. Worked well for me.

Saves carrying an air tank
2 of 2 found this helpful Have several other Makita 18V Battery tools, this one performs very well. It is a little slower than using a large compressor, needs a trigger lock so you don't have to hold it down manually, it shuts off automatically when the desired pressure is reached. Will be carrying this tool in the car trailer instead of the air tank, also in cars that don't have spares (Corvette). Well worth the price if you have Makita 18V battery tools already.
