Good replacement.
Wire length was adequate and they were already stripped and ready to go. The feel of the brightness adjustment was smooth and the on/off click was satisfying. The wire nuts were nice to have, too.
I thought the plastic body was a bit flimsy, but it was good enough for the job. Just don't cross threads or tighten the keeper too much. I fear you could strip the plastic threads. Tighten only enough to hold it securely. With those caveats, it worked great.
