100 Sheets 6x4 180gsm Glossy Photo Paper Inkjet Printers by Go Inkjet

GO Inkjet Paper

This paper in the heavier weights, (I have not tried the lighter weights) is quite simply some of the best if not the best photo paper I have ever used. I used to have to produce professional quality inkjet photos and always used Ilford Gallerie - but using exactly the same printer the GO product is every bit as good as the Ilford product and the weight of the A4 paper is stunning. The 6x4 paper is every bit as good as it's bigger brother and I would not now use any other paper. AND it does all this at a fraction of the cost of the other brands. Thoroughly recommended.

Thrustmaster TH8A Shifter (PS4, Xbox One, PS3, PC - Windows 8, 7, Vista & XP)

THRUSTMASTER TH8A - OH YES

I now have two of these, one I keep in H gate mode and the other in sequential mode. I can only say that they add immeasurable to any driving sim, and the ability to tailor shift change lenght etc., and then store that in the shifter itself is a great feature. On Windows 10 64 bit, it was recognised immediately and set up was as painless as plugging in, waiting a minute or two whilst Windows did it's thing and then using. Euro Truck Sim, American Truck Sim, Assetto Corsa, Dirt Rally and WRX all recognise the shifter without any problems. I did use on in hand brake mode and that works well, but I thought it was a bit of a waste so bought a Fanatec handbrake and reverted the shifter to sequential. In contrast the Fanatec was a pain to set up as nowhere in the instructions do they indicate that you need drivers for it!!! No so the Thrustmaster TH8A as I said, plug in and away you go. If you are wondering whether to get one, then my advice would be a big fat YES, it is very well made, beautifully put together and works perfectly.....go for it.

Excellent book - well worth the money

This is of course a rather specialised subject, but if like me you are fascinated by cars in all their shapes and forms then this is a really good read. It's well illustrated, well written and gives a wonderful feeling of the period. Thoroughly recommended.
