Good value for a solidly-built beginners' instrument.
As an introduction to the baritone uke (including its DGBE tuning) this is a good way to appreciate its possibilities, particularly if you're accustomed to guitar.
I bought replacement strings, which was no big deal considering the low price of the instrument, and by the way discovered a load of tutorials on YouTube dedicated to the baritone.

You get what you pay for...
The 'narrative' in 'Das Boot' is really secondary to the intense claustrophobia of the setting. This may not be a prticularly enticing recommendation but may be likened to the 'symphonic' amosphere created by say, Tarkovski's movies or even maybe to the anti-narratives of Peter Greenaway's extravagances, though again, the gritty-sweaty confines of Das Boot could hardly make a starker contrast.
I suspect that anyone ordering this TV series is unlikely to be unfamiliar with its grim verité atmosphere.

Dress-up jewellery
Superficially the design matches the illustration; turn over to the obverse side and the cheap construction is obvious. Is it good value for money? It was, after all, cheap.
