Bulbs work OK.
Bulbs work OK in existing ceiling fan fixture.

All good.
Delivery was fast, price good too. Using my best meter the two capacitance values measure OK at low voltage, well within tolerances, and almost exactly on the nominal values. The cap has been plugged into an air conditioner circuit and run for a few days. All good so far.

I've been taking this for about half a year. To me, but not based on any scientific studies, it seems safe and effective. Product was delivered in a timely manner.
