Smudge-proof and black
2 of 2 found this helpful I adore this eyeliner! It's hard to smudge and it's really moistureproof. Though it's waterproof, I wouldn't use it in a swimming-pool or bathing at sea but the eyeliner is good when it is raining or snowing. And the eyeliner is black, not grey black or pale black but real black. I strongly recommed to buy this eyeliner. I haven't found better.
