Better digital picture than my television

This set top box performs very well in HDMI however this cable system I’m using also puts out analog channels that this box will not pick up only digital Clear QAM channels I also cannot use the program guide unless you use over the air antenna It does not mention clear QAM anywhere in the manual or on the box but it does work
