Best Fibre supplement out there
2 of 2 found this helpful If you are looking for away to increase your fibre intake and high fibre foods is just not enough or not your thing then this is the product for you. I have to have high fibre diet due to medication a take causes dietary problems.
It is truly tasteless and orderless. I use it in my cooking and in my hot drinks. can even be taken in cold glass of water. never notice its there. And you can really tell after a couple of days its making a difference
Shopped around in local stores and on-line. Only place I have found it so cheap is ebay, especially when buying large quantity.
My benefibre sits next to my kettle and is a definite repeat purchase. Tried other fibre supplements and they tend to be gritty and in drink form only or add a strange texture to your cooking. So this is the one for me.
