Hood stays up
Pop the old ones off, these one pop right back in place. Just one held up the hood, but of course it’s designed for two so two it is. They fit well, but time will be the test. The OEM ones lasted 14 years, so get back to me in 14 years. If these ones are Better than stock as claimed then I should still be having no issues in that time...

Nice patina
1 of 1 found this helpful It was a gamble, such a low price, how good would they look? Well, I was presently surprised to see they have a bit of a patina to them. They aren't to shiny at all and are quite nice. I am happy quite happy with the purchase.

Flaws
this unit seems to malfunction regularly. I have had four or five of them. They're cheap enough to throw away. The drip tray rusts within the first month. The counter always seems to have water on it from internal leaking. And you always have to wait if you do have a warranty issue while you mail it out of town and go without coffee at home for a couple weeks . I understand this unit is discontinued
