  Royal Mail failed to deliver the first package. Contacted seller after 10 days who immediately dispatched more. 3 days later both packages arrived in the same delivery (Royal Mail's service is appalling these days so I guess I shouldn't be surprised). Great Ebayer, awful carrier!

  Exactly as ordered although the screws were a little long so I used my own. Delivery took longer than anticipated so had to postpone the job, however nothing wrong with the item or the packaging. A message from the seller would have been useful.
