Classic workhorse bread maker
Detailed menu selection for multiple bread types, 1.5 lb or 2 lb size, crust type, also includes settings for dough only, rise only, bake only. Single paddle is easy to install, very good at kneading dough, and seldom remains in bread after baking when loaf is removed. Bread is uniform texture in cross-section, well-shaped loaf. Owner's manual is available from manufacturer's website.
