Yes cheap, but rusts up very quickly
Yes this is 'good value' but only in the sense that its cheap but it is certainly not 'good quality' because as described by others it rusts very quickly (within 3 months) rendering it difficult to open (I had to use pliers and oil). Even when oiled - which am I told I need to do 3/4 times a year - it does not click shut very easily. Finally the key is pretty flimsy so I was nervous about snapping it when using the pliers!
I am sure its okay for indoor locker use but go for a stainless steel or weather proof one if you need one for outside.

seems to work well but its too early to say whether its any good. I bought a gardenia sprayer and seemed okay but totally failed within a year..
