I thought II knew better.
as a vegan, my doctor suggested I supplement with B12, but I thought I knew better, and didn't. I did a google search with symptoms, and everything pointed to a B12 deficiency and since starting taking my tablets, I'm much better. I plan to purchase these tablets regularly in the future.
