GREAT SHAMPOO FOR SWIMMERS
I have short, very fine, white hair. I hate swim caps. My hair is abused every time I swim, but Onesta really works. It's light, take the chlorine out of my hair, and makes me happy.

Good book
The book gave useful information, but was mostlyl directed to younger women. I heartily recommend the book, though.
