Inspect workmanship/assembly
Watch for the assembly of chassis, some of the inputs dont line up . Dont open up to try to fix as it will void warranty. Although new it was returned to seller because of sub-standard assembly. Hopefully this was isolated incident and not reflective on the Walrus product line workmanship.

"Tone Monster Stomper" at your feet
Is there such a thing as too much gain ? Maybe not! This pedal designed by famed tone mister Dave Friedman is the dope, a great design with on board eq' possibilities to tailor to different amps and DAW platforms. A big bonus is the adjustable trim pot which is exposed by removing the back plate which allows you to cut back on the allowable gain that the pedal can deliver. If hot rod Marshall sustain and crunch is your pursuit until you can sell your soul for the actual Friedman BE100 tube amp, this will pacify and satisfy . Setting your tube amp fairly clean to the edge of break up will help in dialing in a very usable tone on fly or plugging into any typical backline setup. Recommended for high gain solo work and naughty crunch at its best
