The Chicopee, MA FedEx Ground location has a 1.6 star rating on Google for a reason- seriously, look it up before you judge. They're horrible. I don't agree that they should be able to choose to not come to your house just because you complained once about seeing your things thrown out a FedEx van window on your driveway. It's gotten out of hand. Some damage to box/delay thx to FedEx.

Poor quality
It is poor quality. The pods move around and occasionally I have to adjust them just to slide drawer in. I will be returning and getting the wire mesh pod holder.
