Use it in the house too
I'm using it for inside the house to open the garage since I have no door into it. Much easier and faster than running a wire to the opener through the walls/under floors.
The back clip is removable allowing you to find a way to attach it to a wall. I glued a piece of velcro to the back and screwed the other half of velcro to the wall so it wouldn't pull off. Presto, usable removable controller.

I have 69 channels now,...huh huh huh huh
I have six TV's hooked up to a non-amplified 8 port antronix splitter and was losing 10dB per port. Most of the time I could get every channel but bad weather, WiFi interference or other electronics would make certain channels hard to watch. This boosts the signal enough cleanly to make the channels come in free and clear.

Poorly made copy
This is a knock-off, not a Samsung OEM replacement. At a glance it looks the same but the plastics are different. It is programmed to the TV, the buttons do not move as freely as the original which makes it difficult to use. Pressing the volume/channel controls only work towards the end of the buttons, not center where you'd naturally push.
