Incomplete with No gas regulators
Very disappointing to find that having purchased 4 heaters they all arrived incomplete and without any gas regulators. As a result I had to waste time and money locating and buying locally.

They are unreliable and do not maintain communication
1 of 3 found this helpful They do not maintain communication and have to be reset every time I use them. I am now getting a BT engineer out to my property as the fault is either in the extender or in the new router we have just installed.
