Good quality product. Also bought a similar thin-profile gel product from another Seller which was a bit less "cushy" with my head laying on it. Both products were a major improvement over standard "filled" pillows as pertains to neck strain when sleeping, but I would say that this pillow is the most comfortable of the two types when compressed..
