Exactly what you'd expect
The SureFire 6P is iconic among tactical flashlights for a reason: Bright, simple to use, bombproof reliability. I replaced the standard P60 incandescent bulb assembly with a drop-in LED module from Malkoff Devices, and now it's thrice as bright with a five-hour runtime.

One of the best pocket knives out there
The Spyderco Delica 4 is a high-quality everyday carry (EDC) pocket knife and a popular introduction to the Spyderco brand. It feels very comfortable in the hand, the big hole in the blade makes one-hand opening the knife effortless, the thinly-ground VG-10 steel blade slices better than most of my kitchen knives, and the handle texturing works wonders to prevent the knife from slipping out of the user's grasp. However, certain spots on the back of the handle are strategically smooth, which prevents the knife from getting snagged on clothing while you're retrieving or stowing it. Combined with a very lightweight design (it weighs less than 3 ounces), it's easy to forget you're carrying this knife—until you need it. The Delica 4 is not the beefy folding knife that your grandfather probably carries/carried in a belt sheath; it is a highly-refined lightweight cutting tool, designed to be carried all the time and ready whenever you need it. I bought my first Delica knife in 2010, and I've purchased several more since (both for myself and family/friends).
However, the Delica design does have a few downsides. The handles are pretty narrow. For perspective, I wear size medium gloves and the Delica feels great in my hands. Those with giant bearclaw hands might be better served by something like the Spyderco Para Military 2, or something from the Benchmade or Cold Steel catalogs. The knife feels well-constructed for its size and materials used, but it's a pocket knife, not a battle axe. If you're splitting tree branches, HALO jumping into enemy territory, cutting vinyl siding, or prying *anything*, this is not the appropriate tool for the job. But if you're looking for a general-duty pocket knife, you can't go wrong with a Delica.

Fantastic tool for sanding down car scratches to prep for touch-up paint. Cut through clear coat and base coat easily.
