do not use DIRECT DEALS IN SYDNEY big rip off they do not fully refund
I purchased this product, with caution after spending over$1150 through Direct Deals as their laptop did not have all programs installed, plus after paying $150 extra for a blue ray unplayable player, I was not fully refunded, even after their email offering full refund what a rip of Direct Deals.
However this product not from D/Deals, has restored my faith, exactly as stated, plays blue ray disks, all programs installed.as a bonus half the price.
