If you have a Dell laptop this works exactly how it should.
This boots directly from the CD/DVD drive and installs easily. You still need to reinstall the drivers since this is only a Windows 7 DVD, this does not include the Dell drivers. So you need to make note of all of your drivers before you perform this install or you need the drivers DVD.
