Panasonic to the Rescue

I was excited when the phone arrived. It looked like a definite winner. It had all the features advertised. Then surprise a problem popped up. One handset had a problem charging the phone even when I followed the instructions to the letter. I had to charge the phone for 7 hours as instructed by the manual before using it, but it didn't charge. So I had to ship it back to Panasonic for repair. As of today (11/5/24), I am still waiting for word from Panasonic that the phone is to be repaired or replaced.
