    After countless attempts to resolve the WINTV HVR-1275 with seller i am forced to leave a negative review. First these are European tuners sold in Europe. They only pick up some of the channels but are not SIMILAR to the HVR-1265 1096. The AD is misleading . I purchased 3 and only 2 marginally worked and the 3rd was defective. The seller refused to credit me back for one or send me a shipping label to return it. It was over 20 dollars.I made a mistake in canceling the 1st return, trusting seller
