Nothing to buy them stick 2 of them on my sm11 mics and the windscreens hold the mics in the holes off the bridge on my upright bass. The audience only the real sound of the bass. On the violins I use the windscreen behind the bridge and in front on the tailpiece. On sm11 shure mics. It lays there so nice. I love them. Without the windscreens I had bow and string noise. Cuts all the junk. Everyone hears the ecact sound of violin.
