When there were issues tracking the shipment, he went straight to the shipping company, had it resolved, and even paid to get it to me faster. And when he realized he made an honest mistake, thinking the bat he sold me was a USSSA bat when it was a USA bat, he immediately rectified the situation, offering me a 50% discount to keep the bat or the option to simply return it. He was extremely responsive and I would 100% buy from him again.

Works perfect
4 of 4 found this helpful Fast shipping. Just plugged the card into the SD slot and turned the car on and it works like a charm. Great product that saves you over 450 dollars over the dealership cost for the exact same product.
