    Arrived with mild bends. Shipped in a soft bubble mailer, soft sleeve with plastic kitchen wrap around it. Something rigid in the package would’ve done wonders. Doesn’t have to cost much, heavy card stock would’ve been better than nothing. I’m going to play it, but I might not have paid as much if I knew I was getting it in damaged condition. I won’t leave negative feedback, but I hope you’ll read this and learn.

    I am so very sorry about your item getting bent from shipping. You’re right i should have added card stock or something to help protect it. I will do this in the future. When reviews are left we only get a notice. When i get busy sometimes i don’t check them right away. Because of this i missed the chance to fix your issue. I regret that and i will no longer wait to read any reviews i get. I can’t tell you how sorry i am and how greatful i am that you didn’t leave a negative review.

Lg v20 refurbished cell phone
The phone looks brand new. It's in great condition & the price was good unfortunately the battery life sucks. If I pay a game or use rhe mobile hot spot w/in an hour I need to recharge it. I domt know if its the battery or what. Hopefully I can possibly find another battery for it & see if this fixes the issue because I can't have a phone that looses charge in a hours time.

1tb solid state hybrid drive for apple. Mac book pro (15" mid 2009)
Received hard drive in a timely manner. Was priced fairly. The only disappointing thing is the computer itself. Its so old. I can only update to os x 10.7 lion. So there are so few apps that are compatible w/it cause the operating system is so old. Although, this is not the internal hard drives fault it's apple's. As for the internal hard drive it works perfectly. I would shop here again. Thank you.
