Ok...for the price.
The transmission filter kit fits my 2005 Dodge Dakota, though the cork gasket isn't an exact fit I was still able to make it work. Also, the plastic filter casing was not cleaned of plastic debris from manufacturing, it certainly would have spelled disaster for me, if I had not caught it in time. Time will tell if the filter kit functions properly.

Project I-Man
It's too bad that the series only lasted for a couple of seasons. I remember watching it on USA, the story was well written for a sci-fi and secret agent man genre mix. A lot the fans were worried that it might not get formatted to DVD for N. America. I was going to get the UK version and buy an all region player, because it was that good.

OK ... for the price.
I purchased this kit for my 2005 Dodge Dakota, and it fits well around the rails of the truck bed. However, the quality of the parts and accessories have a lot to be desired. The included G-clamps were not all identical, which also conflicts with the included manual (in the "Included Items" section), probably for another vehicle specific kit. Unfortunately, I didn't have access to an endmill at the time to modify the G-clamps, and I used shims to make them work. The included weatherstrip adhesive is lackluster as well; since they don't adhere well, even when I spot-cleaned the specific areas. Also, the complimentary LED spot lamp is a nice touch, but it is non-magnetic and only with a sticky backing. The lamp assembly has many gaps to allow the weather elements to ingress. You're better off the Harbor Freight freebie light than this lamp. The manual also has a lot of gaps in terms of the setup process, as it seems to have been written by someone (or a team) where English was not the first language.
Overall, for the price, it is ok - but time will tell, if it will survive and perform satisfactorily.
