Perfect
The out of balance tub (due to deteriorating spider arm) had also teared both - door and ball bearing gaskets. Replaced them all with OEM parts and boy o boy what a difference! My nine year machine runs as new. Highly recommend to take on this project if your washer is shaking the neighborhood during spin cycle. It isn’t a very simple DIY (videos on YouTube available) and took me about 2-3 hrs. It saves you hundreds if not thousands in repair/ replacement costs.
