Weak bristle quality and design
I looked for months and months to find a replacement vegetable brush matching the one I've had for YEARS.
This Birdwell *looked* the same: similar plastic handle, round bristle design on twisted metal (allowing two sided scrubbing as well as the inner circle to clean whole carrots); however, within the first couple of uses, the metal that goes into the plastic handle became loose and would turn left and right as a veg was cleaned instead of being glued in tight and static. I had to add HD glue.
Next, the bristles became flat and matted after only weeks of use compared to the same 'ol brush I've used for YEARS.
This Birdwell brush just falls short on all counts. Sadly, I bought more than one. More wasted money.

After a few months of use...so far, so good
Unlike other rechargeable brands I use, when taking these EBL C cells off the charger the first time, they were extremely hot to the touch (almost to the point of burning my hand). I was concerned. After letting them cool, I put them in my shower radio/CD/clock and so far they have not lost power.

Worth the money
This is nice thicker quality than our old auto trash can, but we've not yet had time to test how waterproof it truly is. It also took two of us to install it around a p/u truck center console and get it just taut enough that the buckle didn't prevent the console lid from closing.
